The Maintenance Manager will directly report to the President. The Maintenance Manager will conduct hands-on repair and maintain all machinery and automated equipment in the Precast Plant, the Metal Fab Shop, and any equipment from other divisions. Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure machines are working optimally and per manufacturers specifications. The successful candidate will primarily work within the Precast Plant with some flexibility to work in other divisions as needed, including travel when required.


  • Repair and maintain the facility and all manufacturing equipment
  • Maintain and upgrade all preventative maintenance programs
  • Read diagrams and schematic drawing to determine work procedures
  • Ability to work with windows based computer system
  • Install, align and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment according to layout plans using hand and power tools
  • Operate hoisting and lifting devices to position machinery and parts during the installation, set up and repair of machinery
  • Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions
  • Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts
  • Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on machinery
  • Ability to troubleshoot electronic equipment including drives, PLC’s would be an asset
  • Assemble machinery and equipment prior to installation using hand and power tools and welding equipment
  • Regular routine preventative maintenance as required

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must have at least 3 years experience in Construction
  • Must have Ontario Journeyperson Construction Millwright License

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who will be reporting to the President, working from our Guelph office.  The successful candidate will be part of a team of construction professionals responsible for overall administrative direction using Procore and Sage Timberline.

This role benefits the team by:

  • Participating in pre-job planning meetings and subcontractor proposal reviews
  • Ensuring job start documents and purchase orders are expedited
  • Co-operating fully with the Project Superintendent and site staff
  • Preparing working construction schedule and updates with the Project Superintendent

What our ideal candidate brings to the team:

We are seeking a seasoned Site Superintendent required immediately for a project local to our head office in Guelph, ON. We are seeking someone with 5-10 plus years experience, preferably with a minimum $5 million project value. The Site Superintendent coordinates all site construction activities and supervises all field personnel as required to successfully completing the project on schedule and within budget. This includes maintain the highest quality, supervising all trade and field personnel, while administering good construction safety and quality control practices with all on–site activities. This position reports to the Project Manager.


  • Maintain a safe working site meeting all company and MOL standards
  • Coordinates and supervises all construction activities
  • Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that confirms to original plans and specifications
  • Handles on-site paperwork for project including but not limited to daily work reports, delivery packing slips, and credit card receipts, and weekly look-ahead schedules
  • Follow company purchasing procedures while ordering or receiving any needed material and equipment with delegate authority
  • Ability to read and fully comprehend the project plans and specifications
  • Conduct safety orientations for all contractors
  • Ability to preplan all construction activities in order to seamless follow the project construction schedule
  • Ability to plan, coordinate and conduct bi-weekly subcontractor progress meetings including recording and distributing meeting minutes
  • Ability to review monthly contractor pay applications and verify the percent of actual work complete

Based in Guelph, the Construction Engineering Technologist will be responsible for being the contact between the build team, project manager, and clients. Expected to prepare reports, bids, and takeoffs for various projects. Responsible for negotiating with a variety of contractors, sub contractors and partners fitting the budget and scheduling requirements.


  • Understand and perform document control functions in accordance with policies and procedures, including tracking and creating RFIs, transmitting and tracking of submittals, compose agreements, and maintain project expediting list.
  • Attend project co-ordination and owner/contractor/architect/engineer meetings as required.
  • Responsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and honing training skills in order to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity.

Based in Guelph Ontario the successful candidate will be working with the firms’ renewable energy team; be licensed in Ontario and bring to the table hands on experience.


  • Operating Electrical Switchgear, Breakers, MCC's and related equipment
  • Must have experience with High Voltage up to and including 27.6 KV
  • Inspecting and maintaining electrical equipment and systems
  • Good knowledge of electric distribution systems
  • Good knowledge of ESA and Code Regulations
  • Infrared Testing and logging equipment operation and data reading
  • Ability to calibrate and troubleshoot instrumentation (i.e. relays, electrical components) is a must
  • Familiar with blue print reading and capable of assisting engineering in best design practices for electrical designs
  • Plan with Project Managers to schedule and create detailed timelines for general contracting, ongoing service, preventative maintenance and new projects
  • Design efficient electrical work in tandem with the engineering team and third party electrical consultants that integrate with structural and architectural work
  • Estimate detailed electrical projects using Cost-OS software including wire types, devices, equipment and fixtures
  • Purchase OEM supplies and develop an ongoing system for purchasing and manufacturing
  • Must be able to make effective technical decisions in emergency situations
  • Ability to Inspect energy meter and related equipment
  • Oversee plant and field workers performing electrical work and their work stations

You will provide a detailed approach to drawing and designing on every project. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our experienced design team to produce highly accurate drawings for clients, partners, the fabrication team and the construction team.
