Qualifications:
306A Journeyman Plumber Certification
Experience in Commercial plumbing considered an asset.
Valid driver’s license.
Valid safety certifications such as Working at Heights, First Aid, TDG, CSTS, MEWP, H2S Alive, considered an asset.
Ability to exercise sound judgement and maintain a professional demeanor
Ability to work well under pressure, individually and as part of a team
Must possess tact and diplomacy
Excellent multi-tasking and work load prioritization abilities
Safety conscious
Attention to detail
Responsibilities:
Installation and service of plumbing fixtures, drainage, and water supplies.
Installation and periodic service of hot water tanks, tankless boilers, and water treatment equipment.
Completion of preventative and predictive maintenance inspections and repairs of all plumbing related equipment within area of responsibility
Execute daily assigned work
Ability to work under pressure through emergency breakdowns
Support in root cause and prevention of future downtime events
Work collaboratively with operators and other classifications across the site to reduce downtime, safety, and quality risks
Ability to work well with customer facility maintenance technicians and managers
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a diverse, fast paced environment
Installation of compressed air systems including air mains, pressure vessels, and compressors.
Read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents
Complete the required daily equipment inspections, safety reports, and Field Level Hazard Assessments
Lead, guide, and train apprentices
Other duties as assigned

Wage:
$40 and up depending on your skill level
Wages will be reviewed annually in accordance with the company’s policy.
Hours:
44 hours per week + overtime
Overtime:
Paid at time and one half after 88 hours biweekly
