Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in engineering/architectural technology program

• 3 or more years work experience with drafting/BIM in consulting or design-build construction setting, architectural or structural experience preferred

• Experience with Revit required

• Experience with other modelling programs considered an asset

• Experience with steel and precast concrete buildings considered an asset

• Ability to produce work in a timely manner while maintaining and promoting accuracy and quality of work with high attention to detail

• Knowledge of Ontario Building Codes is considered an asset

Responsibilities:

• Work with architectural and engineering design team to develop and produce design drawings and renderings for various project deliverables, including: proposals, conceptual, planning      approvals, permit and construction drawings.

• Coordinate designs and drawings with other disciplines within the company and with external consultants

• Develop and contribute to the company’s building systems design/modelling standards

• Prioritize and follow scheduling requirements for multiple projects

• Manage drawing and model storage in an organized manner

Location:

Guelph, Ontario

Hours: 40 hours per week, as required by site
