Qualifications:
1-3 years experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
Experience in human resources considered an asset
Construction industry experience considered an asset
Experience working with applicant tracking systems
Knowledge of Ontario and Canadian recruitment legislation
Knowledge of website platforms considered an asset
Proven ability to maintain sensitive and highly confidential information
Excellent written and oral communication
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task without compromising on quality
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Dependable and punctual
Intermediate computer literacy (including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word)
Responsibilities:
Source, invite, and attract candidates for all active roles
Conduct initial screening, interviews, and reference checks
Develop job postings and descriptions for roles
Collaborate with divisions to build job profiles and determine requirements
Track all applicants on internal software
Schedule interviews in person and over digital formats
Be the recruitment marketing specialist
Attend trade shows, job fairs, and other industry specific events
Assist with wage and salary analysis
Draft offer packages
Provide administrative support to HR
Provide marketing support as required
