Monora Park Pavilion

This facility primarily functions as a banquet hall and meeting facility. All previously booked functions had to be maintained during construction, therefore the site was kept in a presentable condition for photos while ensuring the safety of attendees. The project consisted of some demolition of both interior and exterior walls, ceilings, floors and staircase. A new elevator was installed to accommodate access to both floors. In order to retrofit the elevator, field changes were made from the drawings supplied. A water tight seal between the existing building and new construction was necessary to allow continued use of the facility. The exterior consists of stone and red cedar siding with a post and beam type exposed beams on the exterior. The 3000sf expansion included new mechanical, meeting and storage rooms.
