The parking structure, which will be completed by the end of 2021, will support the new mental health and addictions hospital which will be completed in late 2024. The overall project is part of the commitment from the Provincial Government to transform the way mental health and addictions services are delivered. The province continues to support this vision through the implementation of “Towards Recovery: The Mental Health and Addictions Action Plan for Newfoundland and Labrador.”
