Construction set to begin on Wilson Street Parkade

We are just over one week away until construction is set to begin on the Wilson Street Parkade in Downtown Guelph!

Autocom Manufacturing

Using a design-build method, Kiwi Newton Construction constructed the original 50,000sf facility for Autocom and later built a 50,000sf addition complete with an underground chip conveyor. 

Mental Health and Addiction Hospital

We're excited to announce that Newton Group Ltd. has been awarded the “P3” (Public, Private, Partnership) contract as the Design-Builder for the Parking Structure portion of the new Mental Health & Addiction Hospital in St. John's Newfoundland

Wilson Street Parkade Groundbreaking

The Groundbreaking event for the Wilson Street Parkade was hosted by the City of Guelph on February 22nd at City Hall. The event celebrated the construction of the first parkade to be built in Guelph in over 30 years. 

McLaren Performance Technologies Pedestrian Bridge

The 9’ wide prefabricated bridge spans 55’ above a parking lot and fire route access. The bridge connects a new office building with a parking structure, also constructed by Newton Group Ltd. 

Our CANADACAR Parking Structure is catching on!

Our plant is humming right along and our concrete plant is manufacturing three more parking structures for our clients. One is a 240 space vehicle storage building for a car dealership in Kitchener. What a brilliant idea! 

Weslin Foundry and Machining Plant

Kiwi Newton Construction acted as the owners’ consultant in green fielding this 250,000sf project located in Oroslany, Hungary. 


Kiwi Newton Construction was the general contractor chosen to complete this 300,000sf manufacturing plant, complete with offices. The office area is constructed using composite metal panels with reflective blue glass which lends a hi-tech dimension to the exterior.
