Using a design-build method, Kiwi Newton Construction constructed the original 50,000sf facility for Autocom and later built a 50,000sf addition complete with an underground chip conveyor.
This manufacturing facility is complete with 20,000sf of attached office space where all interior fit-outs were also completed.
