This project involves a significant manufacturing facility construction and enhancement, aimed at augmenting its functionality and capacity.

It encompasses the construction of various key components across the site. Firstly, a substantial 133,700 square feet Phase 1B Building Addition will be established to accommodate a Machining Area, Finished Good Storage Area, Quality Control facilities, and supporting rooms.

Simultaneously, a 2,900 square feet Phase 1B Magnesium Storage Building is set to rise, dedicated to storing magnesium ingots and related materials. Additionally, a sizable 117,300 square feet Phase 2A Building Addition is planned, housing a Casting Area, Buffer Area, Waste Water Treatment Plant, Quality Control facilities, and multiple equipment foundations essential for the operation.

These additions will be complemented by improvements to the existing Phase 1A structure and plant infrastructure, ranging from enhanced security systems to upgraded mechanical and electrical systems, fostering a more efficient and robust manufacturing environment.
