We are thrilled to announce that Newton Group Ltd. has been awarded a $20.4M design-build contract to construct the new Wilson Street parkade in Downtown Guelph! The Wilson Street parkade will be expanded to provide downtown parking sooner, the most affordable per unit parking spots and the shortest amount of time for the site to be out of service. The detailed design and approvals process will start immediately and construction is set to begin Spring 2018.
