In collaboration with Kiwi Newton Group, Sterling Maple Corp. has incorporated sustainability as a core element of the Rideau Heights Apartments through the Kiwi Precast System. Our modular, prefabricated construction approach focuses on minimizing environmental impact and maximizing energy efficiency. Designed to exceed current building standards, the system integrates prefabricated concrete panels, which significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions and contribute to an eco-friendly building lifecycle.
The planned development includes a designated portion of units for affordable housing, addressing the demand for accessible rental options in Kingston.
