Salford Group Office

Kiwi Newton has been selected as the design-builder for a new two-storey, 13,300 square foot office building for Salford Group in Salford, Ontario.

The facility will utilize the Kiwi Precast System, known for its efficiency, integration, and sustainability. As part of a comprehensive design-build contract, Kiwi Newton is managing the full scope of civil, landscape, architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical design services.

The office will be physically connected to one of the existing buildings on the site, providing seamless operational continuity for the client. The project is being designed to accommodate both Site Plan Application and MTO (Ministry of Transportation Ontario) review requirements.
