Bradford Affordable Housing

Kiwi Newton Construction built this three storey, 24,000sf addition, which provides 25 affordable housing units designated for seniors.

The facility includes 20 one bedroom apartments and five two bedroom apartments. Three of the first floor apartments are wheelchair accessible. The new building is linked to the existing 51 unit housing complex at 100 Miller Park Avenue. This addition also features an elevator, unlike the existing building.
