The building features a durable structure with wood framing, brick veneer, and vinyl siding, ensuring resilience and compatibility with the surrounding mature residential neighborhood. Kiwi Newton’s construction team executed the project with a focus on quality and longevity, creating a facility that meets rigorous healthcare standards while blending harmoniously with its environment.

Kiwi Newton’s scope included the construction of a vaulted central gathering area, featuring a full-service bar, that serves as a social hub for residents. In addition, the facility includes two spacious, landscaped outdoor areas complete with gardens, water features, and ample seating, as well as a large front porch to enhance outdoor accessibility and provide tranquil spaces for relaxation. The facility’s location also offers convenient access to Sarnia Transit, ensuring ease of transportation for residents and visitors.
