Walker Road Seniors Apartments

Peel Region’s affordable housing development is a 25-unit expansion of an existing seniors building in the Town of Caledon.

The development consists of 22 one bedroom, 2 two bedroom and 1 barrier free unit. The expansion includes indoor and outdoor common areas for residents as well as for local seniors’ group.  A common hallway links the new building with the existing facility, allowing residents of both buildings to access an elevator within the new facility.

Each ground floor apartment unit has level access to a private patio complete with small garden. The community garden is complete with raised planting beds and  trellised arbors with seating benches.
