Situated at 3500 Steeles Ave. East in Markham, this exceptional structure was conceived to address parking shortages plaguing nearby office complexes. By utilizing the pioneering Kiwi CarPark Parking Structure Building System (Previously known as the CANADACAR), Kiwi Newton Group effortlessly transformed challenges into possibilities, providing tenants with enhanced amenities and eliminating the need for valet shuttling services.

The Canderel Parking Structure’s success story lies in its fusion of cutting-edge technology, streamlined design, and rapid execution. With final design approvals obtained in July 2021, the project swiftly transitioned from concept to reality, with construction commencing in early August of the same year. By October 2022, the structure was ready for public use, a remarkable achievement that underlines Kiwi Newton Group’s commitment to delivering top-tier projects within tight timelines. Spanning 4 storeys and encompassing 830 stalls, two stair towers, and an elevator lobby, the 234,180 sq. ft. structure showcases vibrant stairwells adorned with ventilated glass façades. This fusion of functionality and aesthetics epitomizes Kiwi Newton Group’s dedication to creating visually stunning, highly efficient structures that elevate the quality of urban spaces. With precast deck plates, mesh guards, and galvanized steel, the Canderel Parking Structure stands as a testament to the transformative power of innovation in construction. Its completion translates to a remarkable increase of 619 net stalls for the location, adding value and convenience to the bustling area
