Responsibilities

• Produce and prepare all rebar and mesh to be used in concrete products according to blueprints

• Interpret blueprints and cut lists to setup custom concrete products

• Operate rebar bending machine to applicable standards

• Work within precise limits and applicable standards

• Utilize various hand and power tools

• Follow directions carefully

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in bending and tying rebar

• Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs

• Experience working in the construction industry (considered an asset)

• Basic hand and power tool experience (asset)

• Experience reading drawings (specifically precast drawings)

• Certifications in Forklift and Overhead Crane considered an asset

• Strong work ethic

• Punctual

• Able to work overtime and occasional Saturdays

• Able to troubleshoot and persevere through tasks
